Reknown veteran film actress Uma Bhende passed away on 19th July 2017 at her residence in Mumbai. Uma Bhende suffered from cardiac arrest. She was unwell from last few months. Uma Bhende had worked in blockbuster movies such as Akashganga, Thoratanchi Kamala, Ganana Ghungaru Haravla, Madhuchandra, Aamhi Jato Amuchya Gava, Bhalu, Ashi Hi Sataryachi Tarha, Shevatcha Malusara & Pach Nazuk Bota.
